As much work/hours that you want. The bus washers do a great job.
Cons
Don't walk away from this company; RUN! Dysfuctional management. No one clearly in charge. Payroll screw-ups are frequent. Everything is broken - fuel pumps, bus washer equipment. EVERY bus has something broken or non-functioning. There are policies in place, but the procedures are NOT followed. Contacting management via email will most likely not be responded to. Management claims there are policies for certain things, but they never provide the policies in writing. Mask mandate: If someone has an issue with wearing a mask, management will bully, intimidate and threaten you if you don't comply, all the while claiming that the mandate is in their company policy, even though they NEVER provided it to employees. Low morale - nobody seems to like their job, and some are just plodding along until retirement. And, NO MATTER WHAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH A PASSENGER, THE DRIVER IS ALWAYS AT FAULT. Expect to be called on the carpet for the most petty, rediculous complaints.
