good solid company, reliable, always able to work

low pay, no or expensive benefits, very little time off, ran by one family that is untouchable

Staff is great, relaxing environment

Cons

employees are separated into family and friends of higher ups and the nots, health insurance is not the best, vacation time isn't great, passive aggressive attitude, employee ownership means you have a share in the company profits not a voice. Benefits afforded to others are not reciprocal.
