Pros
I started here at SI&A out of college and have worked in several positions. I started out as a consultant working with school district clients throughout the state and was promoted to my current position as an operations manager. I didn't take long for me to decide that I wanted a career here where I've been for over 15 years. If you like to be challenged and a fast paced environment then SI&A is the place for you. It's a great company to work for; the compensation package is fantastic (401k, medical/dental), perks to basketball and baseball games; and the people care about each other like family. Employees are recognized for their hard work and efforts through an annual companywide employee recognition event. Our executive team is great - the CEO gives back to the community by being a big supporter of the performing arts and the COO is someone who genuinely wants the best for the company - both of them run the organization really well in my opinion.
Cons
State imposed claim filing deadlines can lead to some long nights.
