Run for the hills... Watch out

Pros

El dorado hills is a nice location for a company. So you can enjoy the scenery at least.

Cons

Completely disorganized. Low pay, low respect. Products they sell are years behind where they should be as there is no organization or priorities to develop good products. They treat their clients like a number in a chart and bad mouth them behind their backs and redicule their current clients in meetings.

Pros

Not any...it would be pointless to lie!

Cons

How anyone could look at these reviews and be persuaded to work here is laughable. Statistically, when you stack the deck with all of your current employees writing rave reviews and all former employees writing negative reviews, something smells rotten in Denmark! Most jobs are learning experiences in a positive way...not this company. Blatant disregard for the people they employee. "Good Ol' Boys" club mentality that started with the original owners and morphed into this restart of that former company. At least the original owners cared about their employees...until the current CEO moved in and took over. True statements about his need for affirmations, attention, and a need to be fawned over!

Pros

Your team members were awesome.

Cons

Vacation package that was below average NO sick time-people came to work sick all the time and got everyone else sick They were investigated by the Feds for poor labor practices Low compensation Managers would routinely gather teams and yell and scream at them until they all felt like crap. People would come out of these "meetings" crying and upset. Team members were awesome-managers not so much. Was fun collecting a crap salary while your COO was demanding more money for herself from the CEO. They push products that don't work. If you're new you are nothing-if you were part of the original company then your compensated fairly and could do no wrong. Turnover is ridiculous The original people who started when they bought the company are slowly leaving bc they realize this is a crappy place to be-think of someone putting in 15 years and then leaving...
