The culture is incredible and management is focused and committed to keeping it this way. The company has grown a lot this year and our culture has only improved. The work environment is great. It's truly a collaborative company and all teams work amazingly well together. I believe they focus on hiring team-players as everyone has been incredible from my training to day-to-day grind. It's very evident from your first days on the job that this place is special. Senior management cares so much about making sure everyone loves working here and feels supported. The office manager is amazing and makes sure everything is fun -- even meetings! Wednesday catered lunches, nicely stocked kitchen and beer fridge, great coffee (from Trianon!), free healthcare for employee, amazing management team.
Cons
When I started there was a lack of diversity in management but over the past 2 years that has changed drastically and I am happy to say is no longer a concern to me.
