Total disregard for work life balance When I worked there, unclear role descriptions Unkept verbal promises of pay increase Worked a “dual role” for the vast majority of time I was there. This was not in the job description or mentioned during the interview process. Felt exploitative Poor leadership Narcissistic management Micromanagement Disorganized operational structure Disorganized training and onboarding process Health insurance still around marketplace prices, though coverage was better Sometimes worked with very socially conservative clients Only 4 POC in a company of around 60 Aging, unintuitive software

Pros

Everybody is incredibly nice, the company does things the right way. Management's mission is to help schools and help its' employees. (Side pros: Awesome benefits, company perks, work life balance, being surrounded by incredibly smart go-getters)
