Pros
Flexible schedule. You don't have to work hard if you are good at 'brown nosing' or get in with the right crowd right away.
Cons
Caution reading the reviews...most are from the plants which is VERY different from management or Home Office. If you were part of the 'popular' group in school, are young, good looking and are entry level, then this is a GREAT place for you to work. They like to claim that they promote from within, but only for the select few "chosen ones".... those who lack talent or skill, but fall into one of the above categories. The Caution, they will turn on you instantly if you cross the wrong person or if your leader/director just doesn't like you. I know a number of people that consistently had excellent performance assessments but all of a sudden were on a 'performance improvement plan' and pushed out the door...so the director could restaff with their friends. The CEO is one of the nicest guys you will meet, knows everyone's name, but he severely lacks discipline, vision, strategy or decision making abilities.
