The stephenville plant is like a prison that's run by the prisoners. Leaders are given a lot of responsibility but little to no authority to run the shift. HR is reluctant to deal with problem employees due to fear that it will affect output. This leads to a culture where hostile behavior is accepted as long as the production numbers are good. This is a recipe for disaster in my opinion and will create issues long term.
