Poor management plays favorites will take months to fix a problem fires who they want for whatever they wanna make up they have no idea what is going on down on the floor they go off of hearsay once you have a target on your back you can kiss your job good bye they will find any reason to fire you and harassment is a big issue they will let other employees harass you and do nothing about it and they themselves will harass you. Extremely toxic work place almost like a cult if you dont fit in your out and they will push you out the turn over rate is extremely high HR is joke they wont help you they wont fix problem they will just put you to the side and act like you didnt ask for help and lie about things you have told them i think the Shippensburg plant is corrupt and need a evaluation the amount of anxiety that place gave me was absolutely ridiculous never in my life have i had the amount of drama i had in there at any other work place that place gave me extreme anxiety i constantly felt like i was watching my back the people in there are disgusting and inhumane
