      Travel benefits were good but only because it was a Hilton property

      Cons

      This company has non moral compass whatsoever. Their benefits are below average and they create a toxic work environment. Their senior leadership only cares about themselves and their bonuses.

      Pros

      Lots of people to learn from, team members are overall supportive and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Very meeting heavy - would be a lot more productive if I was not on so many calls. I feel there is room for growth but it’s hard to get answers on what that looks like in the short or long term.
