Absolutely everything. The leaders in these seal teams titles exceed their experience and ability. They lead by fear and intimidation. Nothing but lies since day 1. Was hired to oversee a portfolio and team then they pulled a bait and switch on me. When your hotels don’t perform to the unrealistic pro formas they put together to get deals and appease ownership you get the boot. If anyone from an ownership group reads this or you’re considering Schulte to run your hotel you should think twice. They admittedly blatantly lie to get deals. Darryl Schulte is very proud of the fake proformas they present to get deals. The way they run these hotels and company is criminal. How they talk to and belittle everyone is reprehensible. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. How do you sleep at night? I hope this company is forced to close down and the brands pull every contract from you.

If this company is going to take ownership/management of your business/hotel........RUN and by run I mean immediately update your resume and start applying for jobs. They will tell you they retain all of the staff and keep everything the same and actually make things better for you. Once the sale goes through, half the management staff positions are eliminated and your left jobless or if you get to keep your job you will shortly be looking for a new one! They do not care about their employees at all. All successful managers and business owners/operators know that the MOST important thing is your employees. The insurance premiums are the highest I've seen with an employer and they take away other benefits that managers and employees previously had. I was told by multiple people this would happen but they didn't seem like the type until it was official. The executive team is very unprofessional.
