      Great hands on learning experience. They Truly let you manage it like it's yours. Decent pay and attainable bonus.

      Cons

      Smaller company. Still working out kinks on benefits. Most employees don't find the benefits to be a "benefit". Lots of corporate reporting, some of which is redundant.

      Pros

      Lots of people to learn from, team members are overall supportive and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Very meeting heavy - would be a lot more productive if I was not on so many calls. I feel there is room for growth but it’s hard to get answers on what that looks like in the short or long term.
