Pros

Occasional free lunch, nice office

Cons

Where to begin? If you're unfortunate enough to work in the finance department you can expect 60 hour weeks minimum. Management is completely tone deaf to any suggestions. Very few people I met were happy there. The culture is sink or swim, if you're branded as dead weight they'll do everything they can to force you out. No training for new hires, you're expected to be independent on day one. No benefits for the first 120 days of employment, health care is extremely expensive. If you use a PTO day you're expected to come in over the weekend to "make up for it". Say goodbye to your life outside of work. In any given month I probably worked three weekends.

Pros

Lots of people to learn from, team members are overall supportive and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Very meeting heavy - would be a lot more productive if I was not on so many calls. I feel there is room for growth but it’s hard to get answers on what that looks like in the short or long term.
