They call it 'schultfying' which means slash benefits, eliminate tenure, no employee will have vacation for a year no matter how long they have been at the hotel or paid holidays and cut the staff in half. They are proud of how they destroy the hotels moral. Trust me every hotel employee with never forget the date Schulte takes over. Senior management is only concerned with the investors opinion and they have annual layoffs to the corporate team so they look like they are being proactive while ignoring the field/ hotels completely all year long.
