      Pros

      You will never be bored working at SHG. We are expected to show up daily and perform our best work. The leadership team values and appreciates those who remain steadfast towards our goals and consistently demonstrate dedication to the company.

      Cons

      There will always be growing pains when you expand from 20 hotels to 150 in less than 6 years, it's par for the course. SHG could benefit from continued focus on standardization of process, consistent best practice and open communication.

      Lots of people to learn from, team members are overall supportive and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Very meeting heavy - would be a lot more productive if I was not on so many calls. I feel there is room for growth but it’s hard to get answers on what that looks like in the short or long term.
