Pros
There are a lot of smart, kind people who make it bearable to show up for work.
Cons
Very one sided relationship towards employees. Benefits are bare minimum - not a lot of PTO, unpaid FMLA, expensive healthcare of low quality, unmatched 401k A lot of favoritism, micromanagement, unreasonable expectations of work hours (50+hrs is great) but then scrutinize anytime a life happens and a staff member has to take time off for family/medical appointment(s), no appreciation of staff. Management is controlling, often condescending and sometimes downright rude or mean to their reports. There is no communication to key stakeholders of any projects but management holds them 100% accountable for not completing tasks (they did not know about).
