Pros

Growing company with locations arounds the country.

Cons

They do not care about it's associates, the president of company and the Executive VP of Operations are clueless about the hospitality industry. This company has a bad culture, high turnover, lack of communication, terrible benefits, and constant change of policy and procedures.

Pros

Lots of people to learn from, team members are overall supportive and enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Very meeting heavy - would be a lot more productive if I was not on so many calls. I feel there is room for growth but it’s hard to get answers on what that looks like in the short or long term.
