I had high hopes when I joined Schulte, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Despite my dedication and consistent efforts to exceed my responsibilities, the promised growth in my role never materialized. I was continually assured that my contributions would lead to advancement, yet those promises remained unfulfilled throughout my tenure. Moreover, it became increasingly apparent that the company prioritized retaining underperforming employees while overlooking the detrimental behavior of certain executives. I witnessed a toxic work environment fostered by verbal abuse, which went unaddressed despite multiple reports. This not only affected team morale but also made it challenging to maintain a productive and healthy workplace. It's disheartening to see a company with potential fail to recognize and nurture talent while allowing a harmful culture to persist.
