Very talented team that works hard and cares about each other. Lots of room to move up

Fast paced and can be a lot of work at times

Lots of people to learn from, team members are overall supportive and enjoyable to work with.

Very meeting heavy - would be a lot more productive if I was not on so many calls. I feel there is room for growth but it’s hard to get answers on what that looks like in the short or long term.
