Terrible management and benefits. Corporate "leaders" are just awful and not ethical (my opinion). The employer's 401(k) match isn't funded after each payroll period; instead, it is typically made more than six months after the end of the year. Still waiting for 2024 funds to be deposited 191 days later. They won't care one iota about the bad reviews on Glassdoor. My comments may help someone else avoid the career mistake I made.
