That’s important feedback. Our goal is always to foster career development by empowering employees to explore growth opportunities within their roles, and peer learning is a big part of that, along with support through feedback, performance goals, and clear career paths. But it’s clear from your experience that we don’t always get this right, and that’s something we continue to work on. We also take concerns around fairness and access to opportunities seriously.
