It seems like you'd have to work harder to be depressed than working your job. -- Bosses are patient and willing to help answer questions, which allows those of us who might not know as much learn easier and more efficiently. They've also picked up on more training sessions recently, which has been a huge help. -- The software we use for our tasks is easy and simple, yet complex enough to do just about anything all at once. It's the perfect balance between doing the complicated work for you while also helping you improve with your work flow, which also increases individual productivity and understanding of SEO.
Cons
-- No company is perfect, let's get real with this review. Sometimes work does get a little overwhelming due to being slightly understaffed. However, they are limited with office space so it's understandable for now. I will say that I do see a lot of effort from the higher-up guys trying their best to solve the issue.
