Management is egotistical and does not communicate effectively. They do not know how to properly staff or schedule meaning people are being called at the last minute to work 10+ hour shifts. They want to cut costs so they reduce pay, skimp on equipment, yet management enjoys the perks of success. They will hang you out to dry if you disagree or mistakes are made (usually by the sales person). No benefits.
