Pros

NO Pros at all whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs. All you got is more stress, you aren't getting to do any av work, it is a setup and tear down job.

Cons

pay, horrible working environment, crew was toxic, management had no idea what happened on a daily basis. The ops management didn't know what goes on, sales manger freaks out over the slightest details.
