Pros

Onboarding was excellent (largely in part to Nadia). Product is great and the engineers behind the product are fiercely dedicated to continuous improvement.

Cons

Product isn't well known (yet) so there's a lot of work to get awareness done. I can't think of any other negatives.

Remote first company. High base salary. Strong product. Ability to contribute to company as a whole

Cons

No proven path for success in SDR role. Often dependent on which AE’s you’re working with. Outbound prospecting difficult in this industry. Company rarely promotes from within.
