Leadership team are just people managers, not even one can provide solutions, example are people who failed in India and moved to USA under another responsibility, . never seen them providing any solution or providing the plan for the customer success, to avoid the blames they doesn't provide growth to the talented and hard working nor tries to retain them, their simple strategy that is providing him $$$ but killing the company growth. pick some cunning, words changing people, hand over the responsibility to them, make them his chamchas ask them to control the talented so that they dont come till him, this strategy provides only interface to run existing project, engagement but there is nothing to learn for anyone from his appointed dummies or from him, ultimately killing the talent and company progress, company needs leadership, output, talent, growth, strategies, well equipped and responsible leadership teams.

Bring in changes to the leadership team and also in your approach, dont depend on bad boys and negative strategies, bring in educated people not cheap people, bring in delivery and skilled people not operational people. there are fresh talented people available in market at cheaper rates, try taking challenges, show some courage and respect talent, Negativity in the management and lack of positive, can do, will do attitude is harming the progress, there by spoiling the careers of the people who try to show some guts, hard work, change attitude and making their association to the company.
