Pros
good work life balance, every one is pleasant, good and sometimes quiet office environment. no micro-managing if you feel managed at all.
Cons
No upward mobility, lack of treatment/appreciation for back office functions, no true sales team, tendencies to just "yes" the client. in which most revenue (if profiting) comes from one client. No direct communication. lack of true transparency. don't hold true to contracted commitments to employees.
