If you're not black and white and weigh 8,000 pounds, they don't care about you. Management and HR does not care one ounce about employees. If you complain at all, you will be forever black-listed. Turnover is incredibly high because "if you don't like it, someone else will do it" is their attitude. Pay is terrible for the fact that this company makes hundreds of millions of dollars. Lots of nepotism and favoritism too. Sexual harassment abounds! Education and top notch animal care are a thing of the past here, unfortunately.
