Pros
Coworkers love their job. Team members get along well. Benefits are competitive when they are used. Proposed incentives look great on paper.
Cons
Insurance benefits not very competitive in the industry, Pay scales are somewhat below par. Leadership has been in flux for two years. Leadership is still not stable and lacks direction and vision. Numerous layoffs and no stability. Risky to accept a position. Sr. Leadership is incompetent and inexperienced and constantly in reactive mode. Poor planning and vision. Bonuses and incentives are constantly promised but never delivered, haven’t been in years.
