Continuous changes and uncertainty in rough SEAS - Zookeeper SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Employee Review

Over the last decade, SEAS has had difficulties in deciding what it wants to be instead of what it should be. This can be attributed to changes in ownership that only cares about investors to changes in park leadership that create their own vision which causes employee confusion with what the company’s purpose is.
