Great Co-Workers but not Managers - Unit Supervisor -Intern SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Employee Review

Managers were inconsiderate of employees A lot of high school kids but it was mostly the managers that had the high school mentality they ganged up on employees and if the manager didn't like you they would cut your hours and continouosly give you the positions that were the least liked then give idiotic write-ups to push you into quitting Poor Communication that trickled down
