Pros
There are a small amount of great, hardworking employees left who give everything for the animals and parks. Working in park at entry level is probably shielded enough from what is really happening.
Cons
Chairman of the Board is an egotistical tyrant who defines the culture and who thinks everyone else is an idiot- but who is the one who invested and hung his success on a Marine theme park? CEO is a puppet for the COB to control everything. 80 hour workweeks are the baseline expectation with little to no benefits.
