Good people to work with in the park as co workers

Company shows no interest in employee growth, too heavy of a work load, and the worst leadership I experienced in my entire career with the park. Instead of showing value in their employees, they overwork them due to staffing cuts, and reward them by taking things away like 401k, lowering sick time, vacation accrual, etc. The bottom line on why the stock does so well is due to the EPS doing well and that is all due to how much money they have not only taken away from its employees, but the staff cuts they have done. The company cares only for the bottom dollar and not the animals OR employees. The board of directors including the CEO has been hand picked and puppets for the man who has shown and demonstrated the ultimate say in the company and that is Scott Ross. Going through 5 CEO's in 6 years should certainly say how well this company operates. The Board of Directors and Scott Ross should be no longer allowed to run the company!
