HR Always protects bigots - Entertainment SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Employee Review

I saw the company repeatedly defend Sexual Harassment, retaliation, and bigotry by keeping on people at all levels who'd continue to violate "company policy". They would just let them walk away cleanly after no punishments. Every time was just one bad egg after another let to walk out without any consequences. Management lacks any foresight for their actions, and the park refuses to actually try and work towards any kind of serious future for the park. The only consideration is the next month, and there are little plans beyond that. corporate doesn't care about the actual experience for employees, guests, or anyone at all.
