English is a second language,if Caucasian you definitely are the minority, dont apply unless your a man in upper management, no actual training or exact explanation of what your assigned job entails, giving you no time prepare mentally, basically your brought to the area your going to be working at, not always what you were expecting, having 0 clue of what exactly you should be doing, I was told to o watch n observe my neighbor, who didn't speak English and do what she is doing, but wasn't told what she was actually doing...very confusing, especially with the language barrier
