Pros

- Great Work life balance - Making improvement to career advancements. - The company is trying to improve its culture despite ignoring it for years. - Dog friendly as long as your dog is well behaved - Very nice office in RiNo.

Cons

- People either leave within a year or stay for years because they don't know better or can't find better. - The COO is a leach. Barely visible. Does nothing. - No unified workplace culture. Some people dominate the scene. CEO and COO hire lots of friends. - Understaffed in the engineering team. We're always struggling to get work done on time. - Engineers are way underpaid. - Company constantly has trouble attracting and keeping good talent, which makes learning and growing hard. We can't grow and improve if we're not hiring top talent.

Searchspring Response

Thanks for the feedback - the company went through an acquisition in 2019 and the COO and CEO left in the acquisition, the new management team is hyper focused on creating a very open and rewarding environment where employees can thrive and success is equally rewarded.

Pros

None. Used to be a fun and motivating place to work until they brought in a new CEO. Went downhill fast from there.

Cons

The company was bought out and they brought in a new CEO and their posse so it's just one giant clique. New CEO is a ghost, forgot he's even part of the company at times. Seems like only Senior management gets the promotions/ raises. Communication is non-existent. Poor culture. Poor growth opportunities just a lot of false promises.
