A decision to hire is made by a diverse group of employees and not any single employee - COVID is a concern of all of our workers, that is why we follow all government regulations and recommendations around COVID vaccinations and mask use. The Denver office is a “vaccinated workplace” in following the City of Denver guidelines. - Fair, equal and equitable pay is important to us. We consistently review salaries and are proactive at resolving any discrepancies we come across. We value our people and want to make sure they are happy here. - Listening is the most important thing we do. We do this through quarterly surveys, we solicit feedback at monthly all-hands meetings, and leaders hold open and transparent ask-me-anything meetings. We make actionable plans from the responses and recommendations. - Transparency is paramount. We are not only “Open by Default”, but also do not tolerate publicly shaming people and our “Treat everyone with respect” prevails, messages would only be deleted in the interest of maintaining respect.
