Pros
ORCA card at a very discounted rate. Helping children, even if several steps removed from actual patient care.
Cons
Terrible management, from the CEO all the way down to department supervisors (at least in inpatient pharmacy). Nepotism, managers put friendships over skills and qualifications when hiring, it happens all the time. All the managers and supervisors are BFF's with each other, they go on vacation at the same time together, it's a very odd work culture to not have a single manager on-site because they're all vacationing together - but it's a good example of how managers do whatever they want with little regard to how it effects the people doing the actual work.
