Lots of opportunities in a large, urban school district. Ability to transfer within the district if a particular placement doesn't suit you.

Cons

Few opportunities for meaningful training or support. Summers off are great, but expect to spend A LOT of time developing curriculum and planning outside of your regular hours during the school year. Ultimately summer vacation may not make up for the level of stress during the school year.
