Frequent breaks (Summer, Winter, Spring), Strong Union, Great benefits/retirement, Plenty of opportunities to transfer to different schools, good opportunity to network in the community, chance to work with kids and families

Cons

Lots of red tape/disorganization, extreme nepotism, unfair compensation, unqualified employees that get to stick around/get promoted because of seniority, constant budget cuts

Kids, families and staff are wonderful there’s only one person in the way

Cons

Admin bullies. She dehumanizes and attacks staff and students and families all day, every day. She threatens staff with poor performance reviews. She micromanages and stalks teachers and staff. She has to replace almost the entire staff every year
