Special education students that are furthest from educational justice suffer under the administration of Seattle Public Schools. Seattle routinely bases decisions on cutting costs while creating unsafe settings for students with significant special needs. Administration allows white students to gain better services when their parents are able to advocate for them, while putting off needs of students of color.
