Friendly staff, benefits and training

Cons

Staffing shortage, when someone calls off they want you to call around but no one will answer then they will blame you for them not having staff to cover shifts. Staff can sometimes be clueless but because of seniority no one tells them anything, once the dentist asked me “what should I do?” In regards to a patient
