Pros
They hire great people. Because only the very entrepreneurial, undaunted ones are brazen enough to join despite all the Glassdoor reviews
Cons
My manager got fired despite delivering and reporting much better results than the company's average. And then a new one came in with optimism and bravado that, unsurprisingly, vanished by his month #2. Typical story. The problem is especially exaggerated within the Product org. They have just one favorite Product leader that's stayed for over a year at the company. Most designers and product managers leave within 3-9 months either themselves or be fired. Some wont even mention they were with this company on their resume. For me, the work has had lasting PTSD consequences on my mental health. I hear the same from colleagues but will let you read their take first hand in the other comments. Beware, the company frequently asks employees for reviews. I was asked and then my peers mentioned they were too. Watch put for HR trying to improve Glassdoor scores through fake reviews. You can tell by the tone and from the ones posted together. Even in a tight labor market, they have to post billboard ads to attract candidates. Ignore Glassdoor reviews at your own peril.
