Pros

I have worked in multiple professional offices throughout my career. Securly Charlotte is by far the best office environment I've ever seen. There is an expectation that we work hard, but hard work is rewarded. Work hard, play hard mentality. - Multiple team building events throughout the year - Ping pong and foosball table in office, breaks encouraged! - No clock-in/clock-out feel, no micro-managing - Generous PTO, even for new hires - Open door policy with leadership - Great benefit packages - Opportunities to grow in my career and improve my own skill set - People are welcoming to new employees - The office leader is engaging, and really cares about his employees personal success - Overall fun/family environment around the office This is a fast pace environment, and that may not be for everyone. But it's just a fun group of people to work for and with if you can keep up.

Cons

If you're lazy, this is not the place for you. Everyone pulls their own weight around the office, and teamwork is a necessity. If you're not a good team player, you just won't make it (as is evidenced by some of the disgruntled ex-employees reviews here). It's comical really what people will make up after being terminated for being lazy or barely showing up for work.

Pros

Intelligent and positive coworkers, respectful work-life balance, contributing to a meaningful mission.

Cons

Even with the best of intentions there is some micromanaging and in my opinion a changing but still unhealthy focus on the dollars and not necessarily on the impact.
