      Pros

      There are no pros to this job. There is a fuseball table that I never used and coffee I barely drank. Also a kegerator, if you’re into getting kinda sloppy mid day.

      Cons

      Wow, where does one start. Young, inexperienced and immature management all around. CEO/Cali group has no idea what is going on in Charlotte. You would think they would figure it out with all of the firings and departures, but clearly they don’t get it or they don’t care.

      I just got back from yet another trip to Charlotte, and spent almost my entire time getting to know how things are going with old and new employees in all sorts of settings - at work, over foosball, and at the bar. Even pointed questions about workplace happiness, and concerns only reinforced and cemented further faith in the current office culture & leadership. I will continue to stay connected, but as of right now - we can safely conclude this review as biased and one-sided.

      Pros

      Mostly nice people to work with. There is free lunch on Wednesdays and breakfast on Mondays There is a small gym downstairs. Good place for temp job.

      Cons

      Horrible bathrooms A lot of politics and my way or high type attitude No one is able to take constructive criticisms and you will hurt your relationship if you dare say something remotely negative. A lot of gossip behind other people’s backs and generally unprofessional Everybody is nice until some challenges arise then you meet the real characters.

      Good place for stable roles in sales

      Exodus and cover up. Company has under 200 employees and over 110 reviews on Glassdoor. HR routinely posts positive reviews which traps newer employees. After every real criticism you see a bunch of positive reviews. Sad. The entire set of team-pictures on the company website and glassdoor are of leaders and team members from over two years ago. The company is now unrecognizable.
