Pros

Good product that can sell itself

Cons

Charlotte management is sorely lacking. They will let people completely out of the blue and for no reason, just bc they don't like you. Leadership in California continues to be tone deaf, despite many people voicing their concerns and opinions. They encouraged people to write positive reviews, which they will deny. But look at the dates of when the positive reviews were written, and many are on the same day, or very close to it. What a coincidence. This is not a long term job, they will burn and turn employees.

Securly Response

We're deeply committed to employee satisfaction across all of our offices and happy to take feedback - both positive and negative. However, the feedback here appears to be dated and points back to a period that is well in the rearview mirror: 1) Its been ~2 yrs since we had any churn on our sales staff (both voluntary and involuntary) 2) We finished 2020 at 110% quota achievement on the New Business side with practically all of our reps hitting accelerators. Based on that fact alone, this reviewer cannot possibly be a current AE on our staff. They sound way too unhappy for someone who has just had the best year of their sales career. Can we do things better? Of course .. and always. But I would expect that is true of all companies at any stage. We are engineers who are good at technology, though. Happy to take that compliment all day long.

Pros

Intelligent and positive coworkers, respectful work-life balance, contributing to a meaningful mission.

Cons

Even with the best of intentions there is some micromanaging and in my opinion a changing but still unhealthy focus on the dollars and not necessarily on the impact.
