Pros
1) We are working on projects that provide a direct impact on student safety and student development 2) Excellent growth opportunities within the organization with some of the best middle and upper level management I have worked for 3) A couple executives lost on the sales/support side as some reviews have noted but the company has done a great job in my opinion promoting from within. This has lead to seamless transitions and stability 4) Some interesting product improvements and additional SKU releases on the horizon that should fuel future growth and provide an even better value prop during the sales cycle- something that I am personally excited about 5) Very good, consistent and clear direction from the top- take it from someone who still works here as opposed to the 'one off' reviews from those that do not
Cons
1) Hypergrowth so be prepared to work efficiently through challenging projects 2) Like any other tech company, a lot of volume and focus on sales/retention during the summer months- as to be expected 2) Other than two sales & support leaders leaving, we've had some legacy employees depart post acquisition- some people aren't good with change but from everything I have seen, it has lead to some very good talent being promoted upward
