      -Very helpful and empathetic people to work with -QA's with manual testing skills are encouraged to learn and work on automation - I had a personal loss in first month of joining the company and they stood up with me like a family. -They have great tax saving benefits ,you get zeta cards -My interview and onboarding process was completely virtual and super smooth. -Flexible work timing,no micromanagement -Remote working during covid time -Great leave policy

      Even with the best of intentions there is some micromanaging and in my opinion a changing but still unhealthy focus on the dollars and not necessarily on the impact.
