Very difficult to get a full time job. Always looking to give the worst shifts and or days. Working Sundays and holidays was common practice. Hourly rates are minimum wage and the management made sure that you never ever worked more than 20 hours a week. They do not like to pay benefits and so they keep a close eye on the amount of hours worked.
