Pros
Work-Life balance, pay, Work from home, minimal micromanagement, work culture is great even for those who have non-visible disabilities such as Autism or ADHD. Diversity is a big thing with Sedgwick, and it is appreciated so much! Benefits are amazing, they have multiple options to choose from that best suit your needs.
Cons
The injured workers do not understand the process, so that can become frustrating when blaming you for something that is not within your control. However, that is NOT a reflection of the company. Just a part of the job.
